ORDERS

Orders will be confirmed only when you will receive a confirmation e-mail from DURING DESIGN containing the order number, articles, prices, delivery address. DURING DESIGN is not responsable for any mistake occured in filling the form: the customer undertakes to keep DURING DESIGN immune and free for any claim in that respect. The buyer commits himself to verify the exactness of the data and to communicate any correction as soon as possible. Possible costs due to mistakes in filling the form are not attributable to DURING DESIGN. DURING DESIGN can delivery in maximum 4 weeks from your order in line with the latest european dispositions. When the products you have bought leave our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing the track number through which you can track the delivery of your order in the TNT website. In every moment you can contact us in order to have infomation about the delivery. With the order transmission the customer confirms to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

PRICES

ITALY and EUROPE All prices include the italian VAT of 20% and are expressed in Euro: in the invoice, price and VAT will be kept apart. If a valid VAT Reg. Number is indicated, VAT will be deducted from your order amount.

OUTSIDE EUROPE In this case VAT will be deducted (-20%) from your order amount. Any payment for customs will be paid by the customer; in fact our deliveries take place in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

The shipment amount will change in accordance with the volume and the destination.

All prices may be subject to change: valid prices are the ones presented in the website at the moment of the buying process.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

Until our website is not completed, payments can be made only with bank transfer. The bank transfer must be made within 5 days to the following account:

Specifying order number, date of order, name and surname of the customer.

Once the bank transfer has been made, the customer must fax it to DURING DESIGN (0039 (0)422.863307) or send it by e-mail. Products will be delivered only once we verify that the bank transfer has been made.

SHIPMENT

The shipment amount will be calculated automatically and will change in accordance with the volume and the destination. By now, until our website (specifically the cart) is not finished, you can call us/write us to have infomation about the shipment amount. When the products you have bought leave our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing the track number through which you can track the delivery of your order in the TNT website. DURING DESIGN is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to the courier.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied of your purchase you have return right within 10 working days from the delivery. To disclaim the purchase the customer must send a registered letter with notice of receipt stating: the intention to assert the legal rights, information on the product, order number and bank account information (bank name, reference agency, c/a number) to the following address: DURING DESIGN S.A.S. di Durante Anna & C. DURING DESIGN will refund the price of the product within 30 days from the receipt of the customer's notice. All additional shipment or delivery costs shall not be refunded and will be paid by customers.

We follow the italian law for what concerns privacy (Statute 13 of Decree Law No. 196 dated 30 June 2003 called “Code governing the processing of personal data”): we only store the necessary data you leave when you fulfill your order that we need for the shipping process. Data can be used to communicate news or commercial initiatives only with the customer's approval.

COURT

The Court of Treviso will have the jurisdiction over any disputes related to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
